Frankly Lab started with FRANK BERLIN e.V.
FRANK BERLIN e.V. is our non-profit mental health association in Berlin, built around conversations, research, and shared experiences.
People spoke about how difficult it is to find a therapist who truly fits. Therapists spoke about working in isolation, navigating responsibility without enough support, and lacking spaces to reflect, exchange, and grow.
At some point, it became clear: It’s a structural gap.
Frankly Lab is our response to that.
Frankly Lab is a platform designed to improve how people and therapists find each other. And how therapists are supported beyond the session.
What is frankly lab?
Before building anything, we spoke to independent therapists across Europe to understand the realities of private practice. What works, what doesn’t, and where support is missing.
