FRANK BERLIN is not a wellness temple and definitely not another self-optimisation app. We’re a creative space for people who want to have honest conversations about fear, mental health and the small (and big) breakdowns of life without toxic positivity or sugarcoating.

To be frank means to be honest, direct and without pretence. That’s exactly how we approach mental health: openly, without shame and without taboos.

We see fear not as an enemy, but as a compass. Fear points to where growth begins. “Inspired by Fear” means we use fear as a starting point for change instead of running from it.

No. Whether you’ve never talked about fear before or have years of therapy behind you, FRANK is for anyone willing to explore themselves and connect with others.

Absolutely. We love working with artists, facilitators and humans who share our vision. And yes, you can also join as a volunteer or become a member of the association.
